An enquiry is not a booking
Sending the form does not reserve a lesson, create a payment obligation or commit you to tuition. Availability, fees and the lesson arrangements are agreed with you separately before a booking is confirmed.

2. Booking lessons and agreeing fees
Following your enquiry, we will discuss the student’s needs, availability and a suitable lesson format. Before you commit, you will receive the lesson duration, location or online arrangements, total price including any applicable taxes or charges, payment timing, and relevant cancellation or rescheduling terms.
A booking is confirmed only when the arrangements have been expressly agreed. This website does not take payments or operate automatic subscriptions. For a student under 18, a parent or guardian should arrange and confirm paid tuition.
Before agreement, we will also provide the legal operator’s name, business address and telephone details, the length of the arrangement, any deposit conditions and applicable withdrawal information. You will receive a booking confirmation and the agreed terms in a form you can keep, such as an email, before tuition starts.
3. Changing or cancelling a lesson
Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a lesson. Any notice period or cancellation charge must be explained and agreed before booking; this page does not impose an undisclosed fee.
If we cancel a lesson, you may choose an agreed alternative or a refund of fees paid for that lesson. Any separate booking arrangements remain subject to your statutory consumer rights.
4. Your rights when booking at a distance
For a qualifying service contract agreed online or by phone, you generally have 14 days from making the contract to cancel without giving a reason. Send a clear cancellation statement to the email below before that period expires.
If you expressly request lessons to start during that period, a proportionate charge may apply for services supplied before cancellation. The right ends after full performance only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement were given. Refunds due are made within 14 days of cancellation using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Any request to start early and acknowledgement about losing the withdrawal right after full performance will be obtained separately. Sending the enquiry form does not provide either.

5. Learning, results and coursework
Lessons focus on the student’s identified needs. Progress also depends on attendance, practice and individual circumstances. Past H1 achievements describe previous student results and do not guarantee a particular grade.
Coursework remains entirely the student's own work. Tuition provides teaching, guidance and feedback rather than completing assessed coursework on behalf of the student.
Students must follow their school’s and the examining authority’s rules for assessment. Official briefs and instructions take precedence over general guidance on this website. This is an independent tuition service, not a website of the State Examinations Commission or the Department of Education.
6. Using this website
Please provide accurate enquiry details and use the website lawfully. Do not submit another person’s private information without an appropriate reason, send abusive messages, or attempt to interfere with the site.
Website information may be updated as services or official coursework information change. Changes do not retrospectively alter an agreed booking. External links are provided for convenience; the linked organisations operate their own websites.
How we handle information is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can request help accessing the site through our Accessibility page.
7. Questions or complaints
Email info@lccomputersciencegrinds.ie with the relevant lesson or enquiry details and the outcome you would like. We will review your concern and discuss how it can be resolved. Please avoid including sensitive student information unnecessarily.
These terms do not remove your right to seek independent advice or pursue remedies available under consumer law.
If a service does not meet the agreed requirements, your statutory remedies may include having the issue put right, a proportionate price reduction or ending the contract where the legal conditions are met. Our lesson cancellation arrangements do not replace those rights.
